Must have a challenge to employment or training, such as having a disability
May need to meet income guidelines
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Studies show that young adults, age 16-24, who have a disability struggle with these education and employment issues:
28% of individuals with a disability are living below poverty level.

Only 34% of working aged citizens with a disability are employed.
On average, people with a disability make $9,000 less per year than those without disabilities.
1 in 4 students with a disability does not finish high school. Only 45% pursue advanced training.
Many people with a disability are incapable of operating a vehicle.
