To be eligible for our program, you:

Must be age 14-24
Must have a challenge to employment or training, such as being pregnant or parenting a child
May need to meet income guidelines
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Studies show that parents, age 16-24, struggle with education and employment because of these issues:

-Financial Insecurity-

More than half of parents under the age of 24 are living below poverty level.

-Unaffordable Childcare-

Most young parents report that they have trouble finding childcare that is affordable and flexible.

-Limited Education-

63% of teen parents graduate high school or get a GED. Only 5% pursue a degree after high school.

-Unreliable Transportation-

Finding reliable transportation is one of the most common challenges that young parents face.

- Emotional Stress-

Young parents often feel that they are judged and looked down upon by peers and support staff.
